To maintain staff and the public dose to radiation as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA) it may be necessary to install shielding to reduce radiation levels.
Design & Test
DTC staff can assist you or your architect with a shielding design before you renovate existing spaces or build new facilities. We can also test the shielding after it is installed to assure you of a proper installation.
